How do I place an order?

Simply choose your product, then click the “ADD TO CART” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We’ll prepare your order and send you an order confirmation email.

I placed an order, but I didn't receive a confirmation email. What's going on?

Kindly check your Spam or Junk folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. If you are still unable to find it please contact us via admin@starlightfair.com.

I ordered multiple items. Why did I only receive one?

When you order multiple items, sometimes each item will be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. 

How secure is my personal information?

Every part of the Starlight Fair store meets all 6 categories of PCI compliance standards; meaning we adhere to the highest industry standards in order to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our online store.

Additionally, every page of Starlight Fair store uses SSL encryption technology to protect our shoppers. This ensures that ALL data is encrypted and secure while browsing and shopping our store and that nothing gets out.

Will I get my item before _________? 

If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift or present, we recommend you place your order as soon as possible, giving ample time to prevent it from arriving past your intended date. 

What currency is my order processed in? Can I view the site in a different currency?

All orders are processed in USD, using the latest exchange rates, and you may select your viewed currency on the website by using our currency dropdown bar.

Do you offer order cancellations? 

We do not offer order cancellations so please ensure your order is correct before you submit it.
